In the kitchen he tries hard to take the most of the ingredients in order to create minimal waste and at the same time he loves serving the guests surprising, interesting and tasty food combinations. Jozef's creations are often marked by Slovak traditions or childhood memories. His passion is fishing, but also likes picking berries and mushrooms in the forest, as well his love of gardening can be found in every meal that comes from his kitchen.
Co-founder of Gašperov mlyn and its head sommelier. She believes that every wine that has been made with love will find its guest. She loves low-intervention wines, but she also appreciates those produced by modern technologies. Her favorite discipline is pairing wine with food, which she actively performs in the restaurant of Gašperov Mlyn. She has been working with wine since 2013, she likes to participate in sommelier competitions and in 2019 she successfully completed the Wine and Spirits Education Trust Diploma studies and received the prestigious Weinakademiker title at the Austrian Weinakademie.
